Q.  How can I delete a user's e-mail account?

1. Print this page first for easy reference.
2. Using your web browser, go to the web interface at: or
3. Enter your complete host administrator e-mail address in the User ID field.
4. Enter your password in the Password field and click the "Log In" button:

5. Click on the "Account Options" dropdown menu on top right of screen and select "User Administration". (Note: if you do not see ADMIN OPTIONS then you are not logged in as the Host Administrator)

6. Click on the user name you wish to delete in the list, then click on the Delete button:

7. A warning message will appear - click OK to proceed:

8. Upon saved changes, you will see a success message. Click on the "Go Back" menu link to continue.
