I had a different host originally, and had nothing but problems. Their system had about 40% down time in the first 2 weeks I was on, it was virtually impossible to get a hold of anyone that knew anything about lasso or fmp. I was ready to lose my mind by the time I found InnoTech. They have been wonderful. My databases go up quickly and I have experienced no downtime at all.

The most important benefit after changing to InnoTech from another host: my site is always available, always reliable. No more "I couldn't get through" email. The second most important benefit has been getting such complete and easy to read statistical support (my previous server generously provided raw log files).
It's been such a pleasure dealing with InnoTech. The attitude is always, "Let's fix this together," instead of "It's not our problem." I appreciate being treated as a knowledgeable user, rather than as a pest (even when I do something dumb).

The experience I have had with InnoTech has been completely positive. When I got my first website together I signed up with a fairly well known hosting service and received poor support and my site was down about seventy percent of the time. Needless to say I was discouraged. I hit the web and started searching. I found InnoTech. They were friendly and flexible - they genuinely wanted to support and serve me! I spent a year having my website hosted by a major Mac hosting provider, and receiving sub-standard service. They installed experimental beta software on live servers, suffered major server crashes and made unannounced changes to host software and secure server URLs, necessitating my making constant changes to my site just to keep it running. It was a nightmare. How could I sell potential members on joining my service if they were unable to get to the site, and employers were unable to search the database? I had to check my site several times a day just to ensure it was up and running properly! And when problems occurred, there was NO phone support, not even a listed phone number, just a single email contact for support. I just had to send email and wait for a response, once with the site down for 24 hours or more. It was FRUSTRATING!!! My dependency on my database meant I could not move the site to just any hosting service... So, after an extensive search and discussions with many alternative Hosting providers, I finally found InnoTech. What a difference! Friendly, responsive support, fast setup, reliable service, easy to follow database administration instructions ... and people that actually answer the phone when something urgent comes up. They have gone out of their way to accommodate my needs. The few bucks extra I pay each month is more than made up for by competent support and reliable service! Now I have peace of mind, instead of going out my mind!

You absolutely can not find a more responsive host! They have not only been instructive in what we need to do from our end but have also gone beyond the call of duty on their end. I have looked at many servers and they give you much more than any of the other hosts I checked out. Other servers wouldn't even call me back for days, but InnoTech is dependable and is always available! Not only have our sites been running without any problems (no down-time and no slow responses) but our sites have actually been enhanced when they saw things that I messed up. Our first site was quite extensive, including a database - they fixed our errors and got our site up and running in less than a day. Other hosts would have set it up as it was. InnoTech has a vast knowledge of the technical side of servers, hosting and web-design. I am continually amazed at the resources they have given to my company. I am quite impressed by InnoTech. You just can't do better!
