For security purposes, cgi-bin folders are not activated by default. Please send an e-mail to support@inno-tech.com to request cgi-bin activation on your account.
Mac OS X Hosting Customers:
In order for your Perl scripts to run properly, you need to edit your files with BBEdit and save with Unix line feeds so they will execute on the server. Also, to retain those line feeds when uploading, make sure your FTP program is setup to upload the cgi files in Binary mode.
After uploading your files, your FTP program should have a function to allow you to set permissions on your files. Choose read, write, and execute permissions for your cgi files.
