There are times when you may receive a corrupt message (typically spam), or message that can clog your e-mail box on the mail server. Consequently, when you try to receive your mail, it may stop or not download at all.
To rectify this problem, you can download one of the following utilities to log into your mail account and view all the messages in your e-mail box before you download them. You will see a list of message headers and can selectively delete any messages that you suspect may be causing the problem. Typically it will be the first in the list, or a very large message.

Windows Users - Click here to download JBMail
Launch the program and use these settings to login to your account:
POP Mail Server or host: mail.inno-tech.com
Username: youraccount%yourdomain.com (note the % sign)
Password: your e-mail account password
After you have deleted your messages, save and exit the program and try to receive your mail with your e-mail program.
