E-Mail Box and Message Size Limits
How much mail can I store in my mailbox and how large of a message can be sent?

Mailbox Size:
The default mailbox size is 25MB. This is more than enough storage for most users unless mail is left on the server. If you leave mail on the server and do not occasionally delete the messages, you may run the risk of mail being bounced because your mailbox has exceeded the 25MB limit.

Please Note: You will be notified automatically if your mailbox has reached 90% capacity. At that time you should download and empty your mailbox as once it is full, mail will be rejected.

Message Size:
Messages sent or received (including attachments) cannot exceed 10MB in size. If messages are larger than 10MB they will be rejected by the server. Mail servers are designed to transmit many small messages. If you require files to be sent that are larger than 10MB, you should setup an FTP account.
