  How can I add a new user's e-mail account?
NOTE: This procedure allows the Host Administrator to create a new email account. If the new account will forward mail to another address, you will need to complete the steps listed below, then follow the procedure: How can I change my e-mail forwarding address?

1. Print this page first for easy reference.
2. Using your web browser, go to the web interface at: 
http://mail.inno-tech.com
3. Enter your complete host administrator e-mail address in the User ID field.
4. Enter your password in the Password field and click the "Log In" button:



5. Click on the "Settings" icon on the top toolbar.


6. Select "Domain Settings" from the lefthand pane, then select "Users". In the righthand pane select "+New" from the toolbar.


7. Enter the User ID (the email account name), and Password. Check the user privileges you wish to give the user. Make sure "Enable DomainKeys for outgoing message signing" is checked.
8. Click Save button.


9. Save your changes by selecting the Save icon on the tool bar above the new user pane.
