1. Print this page first for easy reference.
2. Using your web browser, go to the web interface at: http://mail.inno-tech.com
3. Enter your complete host administrator e-mail address in the User ID field.
4. Enter your password in the Password field and click the "Log In" button:

5. Click on the "Account Options" dropdown menu on top right of screen and select "User Administration". (Note: if you do not see ADMIN OPTIONS then you are not logged in as the Host Administrator)

| 6. Click on the User account you wish to change, then click the "Change Password" button as shown: |

7. Enter the new password and re-enter in the "Confirm Password" field.
8. Click the Save button. |

| 9. Upon saved changes, you will see a success message. Click on the "Go Back" menu link to continue. |
