  Web Site Statistics Reports FAQ's
How do I access my web site statistics reports?

We have installed new statistics reporting software on our servers called SawMill.

SawMill Statistics Reports run on the following servers:
Servers: 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14:

A unique link to your statistics report needs to be generated after your domain is active on our servers. Please send a message to: support@inno-tech.com requesting the link to your report and be sure to include your domain name in the request.

Funnel Web Pro reports run on the following servers:
(The server name also corresponds with the FTP host name (e.g. www1 is ftp1)).

Server 1:
http://www1.inno-tech.com/stats/www.yourdomain.com
Server 2:
http://www2.inno-tech.com/stats/www.yourdomain.com
Server 4:
http://www4.inno-tech.com/stats/www.yourdomain.com
Server 6:
http://www6.inno-tech.com/stats/www.yourdomain.com
Server 7:
http://www7.inno-tech.com/stats/www.yourdomain.com

Substitute www.yourdomain.com with your actual domain name. If you cannot access your report name with the "www", drop that off. The program creates the monthly report based on the 1st visit of the month and sometimes people will call your site without the "www".

Reports are updated every night. At the beginning of the new month, the previous month's report is archived. Be sure to print the monthly report for your records. Only 3 months of history is kept on the server. To access, add the 2 digit month and 2 digit year to the link after /stats/ as follows:

Example:
http://www3.inno-tech.com/stats/1202/www.yourdomain.com

If you need further assistance accessing your reports, please send a message to: support@inno-tech.com

How do I interpret my report?
For SawMill Statistics reports, click on the "?" for definitions.

A few key definitions will assist you in reviewing your report:

1. Requests - are also referred to as "hits" and measure every item on a web page including graphics downloaded to a users browser. This is not a good measure of traffic to your web site.

2. Visits - a measure of how many "sessions" occurred at your web site. This information will indicate how many pages on your site were viewed and how long people visited your site.

Many graphs are presented with both "Requests" and "Sessions". As mentioned, "Sessions" are an indication of actual visitors to your web site.
