InnoTech Customer Support - User Administration

1. Print this page first for easy reference.
2. Using your web browser, go to the web interface at: http://mail.inno-tech.com
3. Enter your complete e-mail address in the User ID field.
4. Enter your password in the Password field (enter "password" (no quotes) if you do not have a POP account). Click the "Login" button:

5. Click on the Settings button on the top tool bar, if necessary open the My Settings folder on the left hand pane, then select Auto Responder.
6. Select the Options tab in the right hand pane, then check "Enable auto-responder" - If you do not want to auto-respond to forwarded emails, or cc'd emails received, you will also want to check the "Disable responses to indirect mail" check box.

7. Select the Auto-Responder Message tab and enter your vacation or auto-responder message.
8. Remember to press the Save icon above the tabs to save your vacation message.
