Information you will need to complete these directions are contained on your Welcome Letter emailed to you when you initially setup your website with InnoTech. This information includes:
Your ftp server number
Your Username
Your Password
Your Directory Name

To access your web account, point your FTP program to:
Hostname: ftp<ServerNumber>.inno-tech.com
Username: <YourUserName>
Password: <YourPassword>
Directory:<DirectoryName>

So, for example, if your ftp server is 3, your username is JaneSmith, your password is a1234 and your Directory Name is JaneSmithCompany your login information would look like:

Hostname: ftp3.innotech.com
Username: JaneSmith
Password: a1234
Directory: JaneSmithCompany

FTP NOTES: If you are having trouble connecting with FTP - try either enabling or disabling the "Passive Mode" setting in your FTP program.

After uploading, you can view your files until your domain name has transferred, go to:

http://www<ServerNumber>.inno-tech.com/<YourDirectory>/

or if you've already made the change with your domain name registrar to point to Inno-Tech.com you can view your files at::

http://www.<YourDomainName>

Please visit your domain name registrar and change the DNS server information to point to our name servers:
Primary Name Server: NS1.INNO-TECH.COM (IP Address req'd by some registrars: 64.58.169.1)
Secondary Name Server: NS2.INNO-TECH.COM (IP Address req'd by some registrars: 64.58.169.2)

**Please Note: It is important that you notify support@inno-tech.com when you have initiated your domain transfer so we can complete the configuration on our end.
